RealWorld Object Creator
Easy Creation of 3D Buildings and Objects for RealWorld Scenarios
Simple point-and-click to lay out a floor plan. The RealWorld Object Creator (ROC™) automatically extrudes the walls into 3D. Adding doors that open and windows that can shatter is just as easy. And the ROC is powerful enough to support building features like varying wall heights, landings, split-level buildings, and multi-story towers.
You can switch between 2D and 3D views to work in the mode that best suits you. When you’re done, the ROC will save your building with the necessary physics to provide you and your users with realistic interactions in the simulation environment. Use the RealWorld Builder to drag-and-drop furniture and other everyday objects into your buildings for an immersive in-sim experience.
Use the included textures to cover walls, floors, stairs and rooftops for realistic looking Western and Middle Eastern styled buildings. You can also import digital photos of a building and the ROC will automatically optimize them for use as textures. Your building will look good from close up and far away.
Because the ROC is a powerful plug-in for Google SketchUp, you can now use buildings already created with SketchUp in your RealWorld scenarios. The ROC adds a collision mesh to the models when you export them so they not only look but also behave correctly in the simulation environment.

Limited by only your imagination, you can now create SketchUp models of just about anything and bring them into RealWorld Scenarios. The model on the left is an XM156 Class I UAV.
We created the basic model with SketchUp and then used the RealWorld Composite Editor Viewer/Editor to bring it to life. You can now fly it and view its real-time sensor images like the one on the right.
